How do credits work?
We support most major AI image generation models. Each model is priced differently, and the cost can also change based on the image size you generate. Because of that, the exact credit cost depends on which model you use (and at what size). In general, generations start at ~10 credits and go up from there.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes! Any monthly credits you don't use will automatically roll over to the next billing period. This means you can accumulate credits over time. However, credits expire after 1 year from when they were originally granted, so make sure to use them within that timeframe.
Can I use generated images commercially?
Yes! You own full commercial rights to any image you generate on Photoseed. You can use them for marketing, merchandise, creative projects, or any other commercial purpose without needing to attribute us.
Can I get a refund?
We cannot refund credits that have already been spent, as processing AI images incurs real GPU costs. However, we can refund unused credits for the current month if you contact our support team. Additionally, if a generation fails due to a system error, those credits are automatically refunded to your account balance.
